3. Scope and Services
BARAG provides information about the Association’s activities, allows users to submit membership applications, and offers access to information about events and initiatives organized by the Association.
4. Membership Conditions
Individuals and legal entities may apply for membership by completing the online application form on the website.
After approval by BARAG, applicants will receive an email containing payment instructions for the membership fee via bank transfer.
Membership becomes active after confirmation of the payment.
5. Payment Terms
Membership fees are paid via bank transfer, after receiving confirmation and instructions by email from BARAG.
The Association does not store or process any bank card data.
6. Termination of Membership
Membership may be terminated:
At the member’s request, by written notice to BARAG;
In case of non-payment of the membership fee for more than one year;
In case of violation of the Association’s Statute or these Terms and Conditions.
7. Copyright
All content on the website — including text, images, logos, documents, and graphics — is the property of BARAG and is protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act.
Use or reproduction of materials without prior written consent from BARAG is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
